Jesus has spoken to me in a dream
I just had a dream of a sculpture. It is on the outside six feet tall. It is the torso and arms of Christ reaching out to the world. On the inside of the chest is a tome like hollow made of galvanized metal. Like a farm building. The inside is covered in graffiti tags. The outside is covered in blue robes. It's called the church.
It is a look at modern churches that on the outside look like they are about Jesus, but on the inside they are all about personal notoriety. We need to get back to the basics of what is important as Christians. We can't keep up this show of hate and absurdity for the media. Standing for what gets us air time. Instead we need the Love of God to show threw up and to feed the hearts and bodies of those in need. It can never be about us, we are just a vessel. An outlet for Christ and his message and we need to do good in the community for the sake of the poor and the weak.
