March 17, 2017 will be 52 weeks (1 year) and I wish to be -70 lbs by then. That has been my one year goal. Being that is 4 weeks away I am kind of sure I can do this unless I fall off the wagon big time. This week should have been more, but I oinked out twice. One was a double cheese burger with 6 strips of bacon and more fries than anyone should ever eat. And last night I had a large amount of very spicy pasta with home made sauce. The intent was to eat some last night and some today - lunch and some as a side with dinner... But it did not happen it was just too good and I did not think. Biggest loss in a week so far is -11.8 lbs. Biggest OPS was 10 lbs.
