This here is my food almost every day. The beans may very and tomorrow it's fancy veggies with it, but it is this.
Lost about 90 lbs on this so far. It's a yippy for that but of so dull to eat.
I get 2 small cans of beans (as when on sale it's less per volume than the big cans but you can use a big can). A large can of tomatoes (pick your style). 1 or 2 Cups of mixed veggies. That will last me all day long. I have taken to doing them in the evening and putting it in the fridge and nuking it the next day.
I also hit it with hot sauce of medium chili powder.
