I eat beans and veggies 2 times a day and a chicken breast and veggies the main meal. It's called the bean diet for obvious reasons. It's kind of the same liens as a protein shake. Got a long way to go yet, but I'm getting there. At my worst I was 498 lbs and that scared the hell out of me. Then I had heart problems and that made me act on it. Shame it took all that for me to get off my ass and start to fix something so obvious. Worst thing is before this I used to say "I can't lose weight" and gave all kinds of excuses. So, just up and get at it. I takes effort but it's for the most part doable.
