I'm On The Beans Again (1 Month Purge)

Well this is what I'm eating all freaking month. It's boring already and it's day 4. I have also decided to eat 5 times a day as well.

I put the mix after cooked in 6 larger containers. This is 2 days worth. I then split 2 of the in half into these smaller containers.

I eat a big batch first thing in the morning then start into my coffee. That is about 11 am. About 4 pm or 5 pm I then eat a smaller one and then ever couple hours after I'm into the rest of them. Last one normally about midnight. I just had #4 at 9 pm.

I tend to go to bed at 2 am or so so it's all good with not eating too late. If I eat within 2 hours of sleeping I get acid reflux from hell. This seems to be keeping me from being hungry all day like I was the other days.

It is of course less calories than normal. The reason for this is because I want to do a one month purge. I'll be vegan for most of it. There is 1 cheat day a week where I will be getting a bag of chips or something of the kind. Also Christmas will be a feed of ham and Cabbage Rolls.

My goal is to drop 15 lbs this month. Last week I was exactly the same as the week before - being that I eat like crap, this is amazing actually. But the week before was -5.4 lbs. So I'm not doing too bad. Could have been better this year but I not quite stuck too it well. Sigh. But it's been FUN dang it.
