OK I covered it in Co-op Extra Hot Sauce. It's about 20% hotter than Franks extra hot and like Franks it is not actually for cooking on things but in things. If that makes sense. See it WILL mostly evaporate or run off when cooking. I also have a smattering of Italian herbs on there. Cooked it with a bit of water in the pan (covered) for 25 min on 375 F.
Microwaved some veggies and plated it. As you see there is only a bit of the sauce left on the breast and it's not actually that hot at all. The difference is it opens up the taste of the chili in the hot sauce and you get a better taste of it. It is also less vinegar tasting after cooking.
