Well that was an atrocity. I've gone up this much in a week before and as now, not known what the hell caused it. Yes I had a lot to eat and not good food - but it should not have been this much, maybe 5 or 6 but not 13. I have actually pigged out more and not gone up this much. But it is what it is. Also I ended this term short as I want to make the terms after this to line up in a single year, not start part way into the year.
