They came several times and never found the fault. Then they finally redid the lines to the building and it's been fine since. But ever time they tested it was working fine. The last building I was in had the same problem and was never fixed. Both in the same area. I h...I wish I could claim the same benefits as you. I have had Shaw now for three months. My download speeds are extremely slow, my evening and overnight speeds range around 30mbps and my afternoon range sits at around 0.1mbps to 15mbps. Shaw has been here three times attempting to address the issue and correct it. I am waiting on appointment 4 for them to correct the issue. I am in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. I live downtown. Not sure if the area I live in has a usual issue such as this but the cable men who have shown up say that it is unusual. I pay full price for the service. I just want full service for the price.
