Civic Center Dental Clinic here in Moose Jaw was very kind to me and comforted me with my severe anxiety. The procedure hurt, but this is to be expected because my teeth are very sensitive. They had a coffee maker in the waiting room and a large electronic device for kids to play on. Most places would not do this to say the least. There was also a very large TV in the waiting room. I felt they treated me very well and gave me advice that was very useful. I highly recommend them. The photo is my dental X-Ray they took of me. I have an extremely short neck and am quite tall. There was an issue to the X-Ray machine hitting my shoulders. It rotates around your head and this was a bit of a problem, but I don't think this could be fixed, so it is what it is. There is a tone of parking and it's a strip mall with take-out restraints and stores to visit after your appointment. There is in fact a dollar store near it and that's always good for us low income folks. I rate it a 9/10.

What are your goals for the next year? The only goal in life I have left is to stay out of a care home. Being you have to be 50 shades of fucked to get in one these days, I might be safe for a while yet.

A couple of people are always posting fun stuff to make me laugh and brighten my mood. Comedy stand up shows (for the most part). A lot of these shows just have me bussing a gut with laughter. I know the ones to avoid and don't watch their specials. Fluffy is always a good laugh. Movies that are actively terrible. I know they are trying to be serious, but it's a laugh to me sometimes when I watch a very bad movie. Others are just a total waste of time. Edibles. Write about something that's kicking your ass right now. Anxiety is kicking my ass right now. I'm getting 10 to 15 panic attacks a day for weeks now. I've got 3 appointments in a week. I had one (a heart test) and had a strong panic attack the entire time and just wanted to go home and hold my emotional support stuffy! It's bad enough with no panic attack, as they have to press hand on my chest and on my neck. It often triggers a mild Fibromyalgia flair, and did this time as well. It was a living hell for me thanks to my broken brain. Two more appointments. This is Sunday, I have a dentist appointment on Wednesday and I have had a fear of dentists since I was a child and got a tooth pulled with no freezing in it. Thursday is blood work just before we go out for coffee. I normally enjoy this, but with a panic attack very possible, it might not be all that fun. I either use Deep Dream Generator or Bing Image Generator  (You need to be logged into a Microsoft account for this one) to make the actual images. Then I use Jigsaws Galore to make them into puzzles in the game (program/app). I've made thousands of AI puzzles in the last 2 or 3 years. I've had great fun with it, but it does have it's issues. For one thing with DDG, there is a negative prompt option for stuff you don't want in the image. Well it doesn't work worth shit. It gives me stuff I tell it not to do, and I waste points on it and have to toss out an image, or need to edit it to make it right. Then DDG will also toss in things you can't make it give you if you ask for them, and most of the time you don't want then. An example of this was DDG gave me a big penis hanging off the dog with angel wings I wanted. Well that's just not good. I don't want that as I share these sometimes and this batch was to share. Write about an area in your life that you'd like to improve. * I do go a ways off topic here, but it all ties in. * If there was a way I could physically and/or mentally handle working still, the aria I'd tackle is income. As well, I miss working a lot, but am just not able to do it anymore. The physical limitations I have, make me need to go to my bed and rest several times a day, or I will be in massive pain and my legs will go numb. Then there is the fact I no longer do good with the stress of working.
