And Chicken For A Month


This is what 36 days worth of chicken looks like stuffed into a small freezer (in my fridge). Also I am thinking 3 2kg bags of mixed veggies will do the job for the month. I also got a pile of beans to munch on for 2 of the meals of the day and dinner will be some form of chicken boob on a plate. Not shown is a fried filled with mushroom chili and chicken chili soup (2 days there of - 1 of each kind). I still have 2 days of beans to make up in the same style of the mushroom chili - so this will take me to Tuesday when I get into the chicken boobs yet again. It went well and was under $160 for a months worth of food.

Trip To The ER and Sent Home Way To Soon

Went to the ER last night. At 6PM I started to shake all over my body and was in a terrible brain fog and dizzy and light headed. So I called 911 and went into the ER. I was in a hell of a shape for a while there. Then they gave me a med that can be addictive at higher dosages, and it worked like a charm. The tremors toned down very soon. Unfortunately I was left in a state where it was not safe for me to walk and I was very much a fall risk. But they sent me home in a cab anyway. I was so upset at that. I thought it would be a lot safer for me to stay overnight and get my balance back. A fall when you are on blood thinners can kill you. You hit your head and poof bleed into the brain and you are dead soon. So it's not cool to have been sent home like that when I literally said, "I'm not safe like this." The Fifth Estate (1976 - Still Going) Documentary, News This was a show that I remember my Mom and Dad watching once a week. Later in life I watched it as well. I no longer watch it as I’m no longer interested in news. At the time in the 70’s I did not really get what it was all about, I just wanted to be with my parents while they watched it. I Love My Coffee

I bloody love me a cup of coffee in the morning. I got a discount brand that a lot of people look down on recently (not to be named). I had in the past absolutely hated this brand. I however saw how much a friend was liking it, and tried it again. The risk was high as there is a massive amount of it for the price, and if I hate it, I'm stuck drinking crappy coffee for 2 months or tossing it out. Good thing is, I loved it. It's a breakfast blend and it's bloody delicious. I don't know what has changed since I had the brand years ago, but man it is good. It's smooth and rich. All the things it was not in the day. Before it was bitter and horrible. Now it's up there with any of the larger brands of coffee. With about 2lbs of, it's enough to last a while. I've been into it 3 weeks now and it's only 1/4 of the way gone. Being that I use rather a lot of coffee in the Moka pot to make a single cup, this is amazing to me for sure. I found a list of the top 20 cold cuts in the world. That head cheese got into this list makes me wonder what so called normal people think is good food. This is of course keyed to my tastes only and may not be how you see it. For example, Dad loved Bologna above all other cold cuts, and would fry it black and make sandwiches with tomato and Kraft sandwich spread. Sometimes the bread of toasted. On a side note, literally ONLY white bread of served to us at home as young folks and so on. The idea of eating brown bread was out of the question. BTW Mom's favorite cold cut was Olive Loaf. My perfect 10 no longer exists and it was called Onion Loaf.
