It's Bloody Cold in My Apartment and It's Causing Me a Lot of Pain

Got to wonder if the person from Moose Jaw Housing that decides the boiler should be BLOODY OFF in the building has the heat in their home turned off right now, or if they are comfortable and warm - while about 90 people freeze in here. Phoning in and/or emailing does about nothing it seems. This has happened many times and only once did they turn the bloody heat on. This is literally not legal - it's not allowed to be under 16C, or THEY are responsible for giving you an electric heater to use until it warms up. But here I sit being in terrible pain, because I have fibromyalgia and the cold causes me a hell of a lot of pain. I know I'm disabled and on the system to survive, but I'm a bloody human and if people treated animals like this, they law would come down on them - yet here we are humans freezing in our apartments.

I've lived in some doggy places in my time, but this is the only one where it's been extremely cold in the place.

I do have to note, they they keep the building up very well with maintenance (and it's a task with a 50 year old building). They are also good with tossing out trouble makers. But I'm so bloody cold right now it's hard to remember all that.

I mean seriously, this was predicted to happen - several days of heavy cloud cover and unseasonably cold. A click of the weather app tells you this, but here I am day 2 of it being very cold out and the ambient heat in the building is now gone. This giant window I have in the living room is nice to look out of, but it is just bleeding in the cold fast forward.

A lot of people in this building have health issues, so this is just not cool at all. I don't give a shit if it's not convenient to turn it on or not policy or what the hell ever, this is unconscionable to an extreme.
