On the corner of 1st N.W. and High Street. This is at the back of the building taken from the lot where the apartment building burned down. Not only did I see that the building seems to be in rough shape, but the weeds growing out of the windows base game me a smile. Life will hang in there no matter what. It shows just how soon the city would be reclaimed if we where to vanish.

So got the Co-op Gold Dark Roast Coffee this time. I am loving the living hell out of this stuff. OMG this is better than the Nabob. I'm kind of sure 75% of people who like Nabob won't say the same, but for me YUM.
It's rich and dark and a hint of burnt in the background of it but it's not unpleasant at all. It is more bitter though and the taste lingers in your mouth for some time after you swallow (I like that as well).
A large container lasts me an entire month and there is slightly more in it than the name brand as well. It is $8 less a container exactly than Nabob so this is a bonus for people like me on a budget.
Yes you can get coffee for actually much less money than this, but it will NOT be half as good as this. The regular coffee I got last month was also very good but did not have nearly the body and smell this one does.

This is where my drain was after the operation I had. Will be interesting to see on the 22nd is the hole it still open. It's not big really but big enough it might still be open and in need of a dressing of some kind. There is no blood at all on the wound it's self - so I assume it's going to be fine on the 22nd when the staples come out. The most excitment I had all day was going to the 11th floor and looking out the window to see the smoke of a garage fire a number of blocks away.
