This was sent to my be a good friend. I've had several of their flavors in the past, and this is one of the best. It has kind of a caramel note to it as well, so it's not a classic version of Irish Coffee to me. The coffee taste is a bit secondary to the flavor that is added to it as normal for flavored coffee. There is also a hint of a cream taste in the back end of it. The after taste is slightly like a burnt hazel nut taste and that's not expected. I think it comes from using the same production line for multiple flavors and cross contamination from that. So I am sure that if I had a different bag, it would not be exactly the same. On previous flavors that I've had multiples of, it play out like that - they are slightly different.
