1. Rodeiguez – Cold Fact
To be honest this was not common in Canada at all but I managed to hear it and I managed to get the record.

2. Iron Maiden – Number of the Beast
Set me on the road to being a metal fan for the rest of my days. I do span the gambit with music, going all over the place with what I like, but classic metal is still my most loved music style.

3. Devo – Are We Not Men?
Well the moment I heard this I was like WTF was that, I need this. I had not heard anything like it being our radio stations where all country and classic rock. I was in the computer lab and a classmate put this on and I was WOW.

4. Kraftwerk – Man Machine
Another thing when I heard it I was instantly in love with it and it once again changed how I saw the world of music.

5. Nigel Mazlyn Jones - Ship to Shore
Same story here, I loved the lyrics and I loved the music.

6. Chris De Burgh – Man on the Line
To say the least from the moment I heard him sing I was hooked. His voice is golden and his lyrics are magic wo…

Someone has been more than a little nice to me this last while and got a bunch of coffee I had in my wish list from Amazon. So I figured I'd share some of it with a friend who is shut in right now. I can get it to him easy enough.
My friend is very disabled right now and can't even walk at all. So he needs help and is thankfully getting help from his other friend.
The person that sent me the coffee noted in the last order that they made a mistake in trying to order me a coffee maker on my list and hit "buy somewhere else" and it deleted it from my list. So I've added it back on. I will be wanting to get it in a bit anyway. I just need to wait till July to have extra money so I can order it.
Right now I'm down funds as I had to order ink for the printer and treated myself to some VERY hot sauce (440,000 scoville). A little will go a long way with that stuff - it's a reaper sauce and I'll review it when I get it. Will do the stupid person taste test with s…

Finally figured out this bean thing. The thing I read said to bring to a boil then soak for four hours and cook for two hours on high in slow cooker. NOPE.
So I soaked them for twenty four hours and cooked them for three hours on high in the slow cooker. I then tossed in the corn and cooked 1 more hour.
Well Next time I will soak for twenty four hours, cook for two hours on high in the slow cooker and add the veggies (I had corn open so used it) then cook 1 more hour. As is it's slightly overcooked. 1 hour less will leave a bit of the sauce left intact and not soaked up by the beans.
So next run to the store I may just get the dried beans to save money. After all food keeps going up this last while and when you live on very little money, you need to do what you can to save some.
Will be sticking to one large can of stewed tomatoes and one large can of crushed tomatoes for the cooking however. This batch has a smaller can of tomato sauce and a smaller can of tomatoes with garlic and he…

Nosh and Co. All Dressed Chips Review

I get this at Rexall Drugstore. It's $0.99 a bag. The taste is quite good as are all of this brand, but not a strong taste. For the price you get a good amount of chips (270g). They are not as big a bag as the name brand, but for the low price well worth it. I'm giving this a 9/10 for taste VS price.

Simply 7 Barbecue Snack Review

OK these where very tasty and rather light. However they are nearly $5 for only 100g of snack. The price makes it something I will literally never get again. I enjoyed them but for the price I should have had my eyes rolling into the back of my head when I eat it. So, just not again. Tasted freaking great however.

Java Works Belgian Chocolate Coffee

Well that was yummy. So like it says on the bag, most of the taste is Belgian Dark Chocolate. There is a hint of white chocolate and cherries in it as well. A slight hint of milk chocolate in the back end. The aftertaste is of (you guessed it) chocolate. It's a very mild coffee taste, and mostly the flavoring they gave it. This is hole bean coffee and fresh ground it's simply amazing. I really enjoyed this. It is one of the best flavored coffees I've ever had. Rater skewed to price is 9.5/10. Price on (Canadian) Amazon was $13.00 for a 340 gram bag. It's actually worth the money.

1850 Lantern Glow Coffee

There is a slight hint of dark chocolate. It's only a bit bitter. There is a taste of wood. Also a slight hint of smoke. There is very little aftertaste other than just the normal coffee taste. Seems to have a bit more kick to it than the other 2 I tried from 1850 set. I give it an 8/10 for taste per price. The price was $8.99 on Amazon (Canada).
To be honest this makes me think of the time I spent in a cabin with no power for a week in the northern Saskatchewan woods. There was 5 of us and we drank coffee that was made in a percolator on the fire. We sat there in the evening playing cards and sipping on the strong camp coffee.

Yeah, my blog is like really a LOT more popular than my Vlogs LOL. This month so fare I've had 13358 page views. 356 just yesterday. Being I've got it set not to count bots, this is kind of a LOT. When it was counting bots, I was getting like 50K views a month. That tells you how much traffic is bots on the internet. My vlog got 1600 views (about) this month. So you can see how much more people like the blog for some reason. If I wanted to have the ads turned on that would be like $6 a month LOL.

See this is why I have Prime. I need black printer ink. I like to get the XL cartridges as they last 3x as long on average. Way better deal per volume (price per unit). So difference between Amazon and MyPrinterShop is $3. Shipping on MyPrinterShop is $5. With prime it's free. So it's a slightly better deal for the same quality of ink.

I also LOVE a lot of the Prime original shows. I have a bunch in my watch list. I kind of with I could make more than one list like I can on Netflix however. I would have one for movies and one for shows and a 3rd for "binge nights". The binge nights one I load up in advance with 3 to 6 movies and I watch them all in a row.

I order about 3 things a month from Amazon. The price of Prime is less than the shipping on the 3 items, and I get to watch some great shows and movies. In this case a slightly more expensive item is actually a bit less in the end if you count the free shipping.

going to drop about $50 tonight after my credit card paym…

I'm very thankful that someone got the 2 things I used to have on my wish-list. One was some coffee I really wanted and it showed up in the mail yesterday. It had a note that said "I accidentally deleted the coffee maker, please re-add it". Well I added the coffee maker back in and it showed "have 1 need 2", this means it's been purchased and on it's way. I don't know if the same nice person got that, or some other nice person decided to get something off my list at the same time, but I'm truly grateful for this.

At this moment there is one more kind of coffee in the list and 3 kinds of hot sauce. When I get my next GST I may get some if not all the items. I am trying to vanquish my credit card debt I been living on. I'm trying hard to reduce my for me expenses to get it paid down. If I am good and keep it to $10 or less a week for "me money" then I should get it paid off in a few months (maybe 5 or 6).

In any event, I'm doing so…

My Top 10 LGBTQ+ Films List

OK all ready to go with the supplies. From now on I'm keeping a 2 week supply of food on hand in case things go to hell on me. This meant some re-organizing in the pantry. But it all fit. Going to use then DANG dried beans last. So much work. Got to soak them for 12 hours then cook them longer than normal. Or maybe I'll just start using them with the next batch of bean mix I do up. 2 cups of these things makes 4 days of beans - but as I said, takes 2 days to make LOL. As well I've mixed in crushed tomatoes with the stewed ones. I like the bit of onion in the stewed tomatoes. I've also got to use up the stash of smaller cans I had to get last time. I should be set until then end of May and maybe a bit after that. Half way threw May I'll get another months worth.
On a side note I see people are STILL over shopping and the lines in the SuperStore are extremely long. I do pickup and people are using it a LOT, so you have to plan 2 weeks ahead to get a slot.

You will notice that the icon for YouTube is the player buffering LOL.

Note that it does not say it's been flagged. So the bots did not like it. The thing is it's still up on the page of several other people and gone on others. Like normal it's literally random who gets dinged on Facebook.

Hell a celebrity had this up AND faking being on a Lysal I.V. drip - no action against the celeb of course.

To think someone is going to see one of these posts by literally millions of people and then think, "I'm going to drink a cup of Clorox" is absurd.

Lets put it this way, you can't stop stupid people from listening to a politician on the TV saying disinfectants can kill the virus, and then suggest injecting it - and the morons going out and doing it. I'm kind of sure there is a 25000 X worse chance of his moronic words harming people. After all, it's literally happened where a large number of people in another country took a medication that freaking killed them because this orange buffoon said it works.

I don't want to seem ha…

Down 8.0 lbs
At 387.8 lbs (175.9 kg)
Down 5.0 lbs on year
Down 110.2 all time

Weighed in on Wed. (a day early) and was down 3.6 lbs. Dumped a bunch of water weight and am down 8.0 lbs instead (as of Friday). So that kind of went well for this week. No pizza or booze kind of helps it seems. Will try to keep on track, but don't expect 8 lbs a week to say the least. From now on instead of pizza night I'm having ice cream on Fridays. Also no more whisky for some time to come.

1. How do you self-identify your gender, and what does that definition mean to you? I'm fluidgender. To me it's just who I am. It's not a thing I wave around. I do mention it, but for the most part, it's just a small part of who I am. I think my personality demands a hell of a lot more attention than my gender-identity.

2. What pronouns honor you? On the internet I use They/Them when it allows me to do so. But I was born with a penis and people tend to only think of me as a man, so I tend to let them. I fully understand I'm not helping things along by doing this and I should assert mt gender type, but I honestly don't think it worth the bother.

3. Describe the style of clothing that you most often wear. I wear T-Shirts and Sweatpants for the most part. At this time I don't own anything else. I've only dressed as a woman a couple times in my life and the clothing was loaned to me. I don't find presentation a big part of who I am, but for those who it…

1. What do you identify as? Pansexual.

2. How did you discover your sexuality? Thought the right term was bisexual, then I found out the difference was I have no concern for gender designation, not just attracted to the standard Male, Female. I'm also attracted to non-binary and trans people.

3. Who was the first person you told? Think I mentioned it at coffee when someone mentioned sexuality. I had to share. I've also told most of the planet.

4. Describe what it was like coming out. For me it was very easy, people know I was not straight for a very long time, I just changed what I identify as. Coming out in the first place was kind of anticlimactic, no one seemed to care at all, it was like I was telling them it's sunny outside.

5. If you’re out, How did your parents/guardians/friends react when you told them? They literally where not even slightly surprised by it. They seemed to know long before I told them.

6. What is one question you hate people asking about your sexu…

1850 Pioneer Blend Coffee

1850 Pioneer Blend Coffee. There is a hint of hazelnut and dark chocolate as there was in the Midnight Gold. However it's not as strong a hit of it. This is a medium roast but rather a bold expression for a medium. The after taste is all dark chocolate. Slightly bitter in taste. I got it on Amazon (Canada) for $8.99 in a 340g bag. For the price and quality I'm giving it a 7.5/10.

1850 Midnight Gold Blend Coffee

1850 Midnight Gold Blend coffee. This is a dark roast coffee and it's dark alright. The taste is very bold and slightly bitter. There is a hint of hazelnut and an after taste that is slightly burnt tasting and a lingering taste of dark chocolate. On amazon (Canada) a 340g bag was $8.99 and there was no taxes on it. For the price and the quality, I give this a 8/10. It's quite good.

Forgotten Places And Hope This Will End Soon - 2 Poems

Forgotten Places
David S. Nicholson
April 18, 2020

Silent, empty, forgotten places.
Echoes in the mind of primitive times.
Holly waters run deep.
Whispers from the mother of all things.
A glimpse of being together once more.
Warmth of the fire that guides us.
Walking the sands of forever in a body that is temporary.
We have always known each other.
Bird on wing.
Fish in water.
Sprite in the fire light.
Feet on the dirt.
Spirit in eternity.
We are the universe.
We are the angels.
We are the demons.
Flight of the souls hand in hand.

Hope This Will End Soon
David s. Nicholson
April 19, 2020

Sitting with my coffee.
Thinking of things to create.
Wanting to be with my friends.
I have no family.
Remembering nights by the fire.
We used to play cards all afternoon.
Coffee at the truck stop for hours.
A time alone makes me sad.
Praying for them to be alright.
Hope this will end soon.

So many years ago in a time when children where free range, my brother and I got into some fireworks. I have to say it was more than a little dangerous to let kids like us play with stuff like that. But anyway. We where out west in a mining town in B.C. Canada at the time. We lit off a few small rockets and watched them pop. My brother lights the last of them and it falls on it's side and shoots off over the road buzzing a car. Well it was an RCMP car and we took off into the bush. We never got found out for that one and Dad being a cop would have been so impressed that my brother had loaded a bunch of fireworks into his bag when we where in the USA and smuggled them over the line.

Cut to a few years later and I'm a bit older but not much wiser. Still in elementary school BTW. A friend took some gun powder from his dads amo loading station (should have been locked up but oh well) and we out some in a small bit of copper pile (small gauge) and crimped the ends. Well he tossed it…

A Goddess carving I was given by my best friend. Holly Sage for smudging.
I also have a rock from the river Ganges, a chalice, and a God/Goddess candle holder. I've used all my candles. I need a dagger and a couple crystals one of these days.

Given to me by a friend on Monday. Given to me by a friend on Monday.  Given to me by a friend on Monday along with a bag of Salt 'N' Vinegar.  Got this yesterday (Tuesday) drank a good deal of it that day and night then finished it just now. Also on Friday I spent from 4pm to 2am hitting on a 26 of Five Star. Yeah I know - step the feck away from the wiskey.  6 Beef Tacos with extra hot sauce and a deep fried pocket of Boston Cream (Tuesday). Tater Tot Poutine (Tuesday).
Not shown - Sunday, a 12 inch 2 topping pizza with double cheese, 10 hot wings, cheese bread, 6 piece cookie brownie. Today (Wednesday) a 14 inch 5 topping pizza with triple cheese.
Well I've spent most of the stimulus money on this stuff, so can't really afford to be bad now for the rest of the month. Rather expect to be up about 10 lbs tomorrow when I weigh myself. Might be a delayed effect of some of this that will end up a bit up next week. God it was a good ride, but fecking hell Dave WTF.
