Been trying for a couple of weeks to get my compression stockings to not hurt when they are on. There is no hope for this happening. They just keep cutting into my skin and it gives me a lot of pain, I can't imagine it's doing me any good. I get them on the way I am supposed to but very soon after they bunch up on my ankles. I'm currently not wearing them and tomorrow morning I'm calling my doctors office to see if I can get him to phone me and talk about this. The edema is also kind of bad and just not going away, so I also want to talk about getting the water pill back. Dad had these things for years and it never did to him. It's a shame, they do help but the pain is not something I'm wanting to deal with.
