I generally cook the split lentils a bit before I put in the mixed frozen veggies. At the end, I toss in some tomato paste and mix it up well. It's thick and tasty. One could add spices if they wanted to I just put in some salt myself. I cook the pasta separate to desired softness, then cut up the hole tomatoes in the bowl. I use a large can of plum tomatoes. Then add in the pasta and hit it with some Blue Cheese dressing and mix well.
