Another Strange Thing to Step On

Got not one clue what this thing is, but it's got 1 spikes on the other side. It was stuck (spikes up) into the bottom of my foot last night. Almost looks like dried bit of roast beef, but I don't tend to every buy beef, because I'm allergic to red meat. Aliens must have left it here when they probed me the other night.
