The following is a transcript from my medical files from October 1, 2025 in the ER. Names have been edited out or redacted. Formatting is altered as well, but not the content other than the names. PHYSICIAN ASSESSMENT: · History: 58-year-old male Presenting to the emergency department with primary concerns of general weakness. The patient is feeling dizzy, diaphoretic, and generally weak starting today. States the last time that he ate was yesterday. Has been having some nausea, but no vomiting. Denies any fevers or chills. No chest pain or shortness for breath. Denies any abdominal pain. No recent changes to bowel or bladder function. Has been taking his medications as prescribed. No history of diabetes. It is not on any insulin or other diabetic medications. EMS found a patient with a glucose of 2.1. Was given 250 cc of D5W. My old companion depression has come to stay with me for a while once again. The dark clouds outside day after day are not helping. But here in my city, it’s the norm to be overcast and this time of year, and through the winter there are heavy clouds and not much sunlight gets to my windows. To be honest, it feels like I’ve said these words to the world before, but they have vanished before anyone could see them. I think it’s the same for a lot of people with depression. After a while you stop wanting to try to explain it to people, as they think you can just choose to be happy and that will fix it all. The reality that it’s your brain betraying you seems to be beyond what they can possibly know. My fibromyalgia is also acting up. When the weather goes below 10C outside, it seems to always be this way. The flairs get stronger and more often in the fall and winter months. My one friend, who has always been and always will be a bit of a pussy (he was raised to be this way), saw the alien come out of that guys chest, and screamed, then ran out of the theatre and ran all the way home (13 blocks). All it took was one of us grabbing out chest and saying, "The alien is coming out!" and he'd freak out .

Made with Deep Dream Generator using a photo of fundus as a visual prompt and then text prompt added in to create the desired images. Made them to use as jigsaw puzzles. I tend to do the puzzles in reverse order from last to first, thus the order of them being most cool looking to least cool looking.
