The Panic Attack From Hell

I've been having panic attacks for decades. I get a hell of a lot of them, but most of them only last a few minutes then they pass. However I can at times get them all day long for days on end.

But yesterday was different. In the thumbnail, it says entering hour 3 of the worst panic attack of my life. Well that was just the start. This bloody thing lasted for over 6 hours and I was on the edge of having to go to the ER the entire time.

Now it's been a hell of a long time since I had to go to the ER over it, and I would rather not. But I have in the past. They give you a pill, and 20 minutes later the panic stops. But the wait is often very long, and most of the time the attack would have ended by the time I got in.

I'm having one at this very moment by the way. It's not as bad, but they are never comfortable at all. They always suck. I hate that they make me dizzy as hell. I've tried meds decades ago and it made me feel like crap, so I've been living with it since. However, I think I may ask the doctor to give me something when I see him this morning. I have a UTI that needs meds, so I am off to see him. Thank God that I was able to get in the next day from when I called.

They don't tend to like giving out meds for panic attacks/anxiety, so I don't know what will happen. But I hope I get something. I want this to go away now. As I get older, it's getting worse. I'm done fighting with this, and if I have to be medicated into a half zombie, I'm willing to do that.

Top 20 Deli Meats (Cold Cuts) Rated

I found a list of the top 20 cold cuts in the world. That head cheese got into this list makes me wonder what so called normal people think is good food. This is of course keyed to my tastes only and may not be how you see it. For example, Dad loved Bologna above all other cold cuts, and would fry it black and make sandwiches with tomato and Kraft sandwich spread. Sometimes the bread of toasted. On a side note, literally ONLY white bread of served to us at home as young folks and so on. The idea of eating brown bread was out of the question. BTW Mom's favorite cold cut was Olive Loaf. I Love My Coffee

I bloody love me a cup of coffee in the morning. I got a discount brand that a lot of people look down on recently (not to be named). I had in the past absolutely hated this brand. I however saw how much a friend was liking it, and tried it again. The risk was high as there is a massive amount of it for the price, and if I hate it, I'm stuck drinking crappy coffee for 2 months or tossing it out. Good thing is, I loved it. It's a breakfast blend and it's bloody delicious. I don't know what has changed since I had the brand years ago, but man it is good. It's smooth and rich. All the things it was not in the day. Before it was bitter and horrible. Now it's up there with any of the larger brands of coffee. With about 2lbs of, it's enough to last a while. I've been into it 3 weeks now and it's only 1/4 of the way gone. Being that I use rather a lot of coffee in the Moka pot to make a single cup, this is amazing to me for sure.
