Soup and a Future Cleaner

A friend came to the rescue when I was not able to stand at the stove for 30 minutes cooking. He brought over shredded carrots (pickled), sweet peppers, a slice of pizza and some pickled eggs.

I chopped up some of the peppers while sitting in my chair by the TV, then tossed them in with some of the carrots (brine included) and a can of stewed tomatoes (tomatoes, onion, celery, and juice) then added some water and let it simmer for 30 minutes while I watched a show.

It made a very tasty soup but it seems to have upset my body (it's not hard to do that), and I got the poops out of it kind of bad. I'm very grateful to have friends who can come to my aid when needed.

None of my friends can do the cleaning for me however, as they are also disabled in various ways. So I'm going to have to see if I can't get someone in next month to do it, then send them the money with a transfer. It should not take more than 2 hours, even though the place is very dirty - it is small after all. In November I will have paid off my advance from disability and think I'll get the cleaner in once a month after that. I just hope nothing happens to mess up the money this time.
