So just filed a claim for this mask I ordered. Yes an entire $4 item. But that is not the point. The point is, I ordered it and it never came. It is 17 days past the dew date and nothing. I emailed the supplier and they after a bit assured me they will re-send it. Well after that there was no communication and the item is still not showing as being re-sent. This was 14 days ago. It don't take 14 days to put something in the mail. It just does not. It sure as hell does not take 14 days to update the status of the order. So I want my $4 if they can't get it re-sent. I was offered an "instant gift card" for $4. Well what the heck am I going to do with that. You might remember the fuss I had with the other two masks . That was resolved and I got them. The gold one was rather damaged but I let it slide and just decided to keep it anyway. The black one was in perfect shape as they actually packed it right. The gold one was literally just in a bag. 1. Guy Fawkes Mask (Standard) sold by CA-Celebration - tracking for China Post does not work. No response yet. 2. Guy Fawkes Mask (Black and Gold) sold by Fast Japan CA - 7 days later not shipped. 3. Guy Fawkes Mask (Gold) sold by Atalanta Honesttrade - Tracking number for USPS does not work. No response yet. 4. Two Coffee Mugs sold by Guojiloilpainting - Tracking number did not work for USPS - they said it was sent back to them by customs and it needs to be re-send, but they never informed me of this at all. New tracking number not provided. English used in the email seems to be from a translator on the web, yet they are supposed to be a US company. * As of March 22, 2016 this is the status of these purchases. I'm so not impressed. * As of March 23, 2016 #2 has emailed me. They say "it's in transit" Well still no tracking number and the estimated arrival date is April 16 to May 16. Can't rush these things can we. No word from #1 or #3 ...

Yup This is why it takes the extra day to get to me LOL. At least their estimates are almost ALWAYS right. See the ones I am getting from Amazon most of the time are a bit out there. Today I had a package ship (Feb, 3, 2016) and the estimate on the email was (Feb 4, 2016). LOL Good luck with that, more than likely it won't even leave the city it shipped from today. LOL.

So Angie was so nice to send me a $50 gift card with a Christmas card. I really did not expect it and am very thankful. But it's for amazon.com and not amazon.ca so I had to set up with the .com version and add it to my profile there. Not hard to do. I went around looking at hot sauce on there and after 20 different sellers refusing to ship to Canada and not really being in need of anything at all. I decided to use it to get a good friend who has less than I do something for her cats. She has a wish list you see. So I pick a cat carrier that is eligible for free shipping. It's enough that I figure with 12% tax it should still go threw. After all who has more than 12% tax I figured. Well it would not do it. So I got on chat with the help desk.
