FELL ON THE FLOOR

Took a tumble the other day and it sucked. I'm disabled and it's extremely hard for me to get up off the floor. It's one reason it's so hard for me to clean the bathroom - I can't get down on the floor to scrub by hand without a lot of difficulty getting back up. So when my left knee went off and I hit the floor if was a task to get to my feet. Took me at least a full minute to get back on my feet. Took the photo after I got my bearings and when I was still in pain from the knee and hitting the floor. No bruises and no real damage, so it's all good in the end. Thus is the paroles of living along I guess. Would hate to have to call 911 to get back up or wait for someone to find me laying there.
