If You Could Have 5 Things From Sci-Fi to Use Real Life

If I could have 5 things from Sci-Fi to use in my real life, what would they be?

Now we have to assume they would work in real life as they do in the movies and/or on TV. So here are my choices:

1. Replicator.

This should be obvious. To be able to make anything I need, including food, clothing, personal items, and so on. No more needing to wash clothing for example - just recycle the old, dirty clothing into the replicator and poof new clean clothing.

2. Porthole generator.

To be able to move anywhere on earth I wanted when I wanted. Yes, you could get up to no good with this in short order and it would be a hell of a security risk. But being able to go see the great wonders of the world, all on the same day, would be incredible.

3. Holo emitters.

For personal fun and for practical use. With a solid hologram like in Star Trek, you could have them clean your home and dance for you, or even act out entire books or movies in hyper realistic ways.

4. Tractor beam that can be reversed to repulse.

To be able to move things that need moving when I need to move them. Again, this could be used for evil of course, but it’s very practical to say the least. When combined with the porthole generator, the possibilities are endless - like taking out all the garbage in an instant.

5. Medical regenerator.

With this device, you could actually live as long as your body does not get killed somewhere. You get hurt, it fixes it. You want different hair, you got it. You want a bigger man bit, you got it. You want to stay 25 for the next 20,000 years, you got it. All my health issues would be over, I’d have perfect hair, looks and be able to outlive every lost person who looks down on me. As well, you would not have to shower ever, it would just reset you to a perfectly healthy and clean state every morning.
