5 Questions Answered

1. In the haste of our daily lives, what are we not seeing? The beauty of the natural world. There are wonders all around us, but if you are to distracted by a hectic life, you don't tend to see what is right in front of you.

2. What's something you find more intolerable the older you get? Weather. If it's too hot of too cold, I am in pain from it. I also just do not withstand the temperature extremes like I did when I was young. It seems that there is now a very small range of temperatures that I am comfortable in.

3. An embarrassing moment you had? I was in church sitting in the front row lined up with the pastor preaching away. I was not wearing underwear and the crotch of my pants split and out call all my junk. Well the pastor just said "Hi Dave" and I covered up with my bible and left for home.

4. What was said at a funeral that you will never forget? This sounds strange, but at my fathers funeral, I distinctly heard his voice in my right ear saying "take care of your mother". I know this is not quite what was asked, but it's all I can think of. There are no other memorable moments from a funeral I attended.

5. Does age affect how adventurous a person is? Most of the time yes it does. As we age we become more limited in what is safe for us to do. So we have to take it easy and not be out seeking thrills anymore. We just can't stand up to an adventurous lifestyle.
