My Body is Rebelling From a Very Busy Day

The first thing was to make tea, then do some dishes while it steeped.

Next was some puzzles generated on Bing Image Creator and turned into puzzles on the PC.

Following that was file sorting and backups on the computer and in real life with filing important records from disability.

After that it was time to lay out my pills that were delivered around noon.

Next was a nice home care lady washing me off any putting on my lotion. I can't bathe myself and I'm unable to get in the shower. So I pay them to clean me.

Next up gathering 32 boxes of varying types and cutting them up and getting them in 2 bog boxes.

Following that was gathering some glass waste and wrapping them in paper and putting them in red shopping bags for disposal. They don't recycle glass here.

Then came a nap and a snack followed by taking 33 shopping bags of bottles and cans, sorting them and putting them in larger plastic bags. They will be donated to the building association.

Last was taking almost 100 shopping bags and folding them and placing them into 4 shopping bags to be donated to the food bank.

Tomorrow the bottles go, then I rest all day. Sunday is 2 loads of laundry. Monday is 2 more loads of laundry.

Then on the following Saturday after grocery delivery its many trips with a cart to the garbage room. And the recycling bin.

This should finish it all off and then I just need money to get in a cleaner to deep clean. It's extra money for 2 months but I also need a hell of a lot of things. So I don't know. New underwear for example is $65 for 6 of them. So money will go fast. I just hope I can get it done, or I wait until October.

After all this my body was hurting noticeably more than normal. Then I went to sleep early, and when I got up today, I was in pain filled hell. My knees where in totally agony - my back was spasming and hurting like crazy - My legs where also not wanting to work properly and the muscles in them where complaining a lot - My neck was also killing me, but it seems rather easy for my neck to act up this last 6 months or so. But at least I don't have a headache.

The pain in the morning was a solid 7 from head to toe. Now at almost 3 PM I am down to a 5, but my body is still complaining. So what did I do to dull the pain, when I take no pain meds at all? Well I walked - it sounds counterintuitive, but it seems to help the back and the knee joints somehow. The back is still spasming, but it's not as bad and the general pain level is lower.

Now I'm waiting for the lady across the hall to come home, so I can give her all them bottles and cans for the building association. She is going to need a cart I think, as there is a tone of them. It's a good 14 or 15 months since I donated the bottles and cans, so it added up. I should have been putting them in the donation bin as I go, but like the boxes and trash, I just let it stack up until it was out of control.

This is the most I've done in ages and I still have to do my leg exercises today some time - probably tonight.

But I feel accomplished after sorting out all that junk and the recyclables.
