Emmanuelle (2024) A Review

Emmanuelle is going along on a business trip to Hong Kong and is in the mood to find a “hidden pleasure”. Hong Kong is a city of many delights and sins and pleasures to be indulged upon. She dives deep into the dark culture of vice in this diverse city. There are many intense encounters for her to experience and she wants them all - but still looks for that illusive pleasure.

The movie is a well done cinematic experience with a lot of moody lighting and dark scenes. There is a lot of sexual content but nothing hard core. It is enticing and alluring to say the least. One feels the delight and the excitement of this adventurous lady. The dialog is to be expected in this kind of movie, and not exceptional, but it does the job and leads into scenes well enough. The acting is good and wonderful on the part of Moémie Merlant (Emmanuelle). You think that what she is experiencing is real and not acting, you think the sex is not at all staged.

This film is masterful in so many ways and I’m wondering why it scored so low on IMDB (4.1/10). I think if I understood French a lot better and did not have to read the subtitles, this would have been a much better experience for me. I’m actually not that interested in sex anymore, but this was stimulating to me.

I really enjoyed the feel of this film and the content was enjoyable for me as well, so I’m going to give it a 7/10

I love Quora, as I like to answer random questions. But there is a big issue with porn spam accounts on it. 70% of my upvotes are from a profile like this one. I'm kind of sure not one of them is safe to click, but I'm totally not interested in porn anyway. And not like this random person on the internet is going to come to your location just to boff you. Have to say I pass on about 60% of the questions I'm requested to answer. They literally make no sense and the English is so bad I can't decode it. But it's fun and I've answered a few questions most people who never dare to answer. Got to say, Twitter and Instagram are rather the same, 90% of the follows I get on them I block because they are either porn spam channels or scam channels.

Top 20 Deli Meats (Cold Cuts) Rated

I found a list of the top 20 cold cuts in the world. That head cheese got into this list makes me wonder what so called normal people think is good food. This is of course keyed to my tastes only and may not be how you see it. For example, Dad loved Bologna above all other cold cuts, and would fry it black and make sandwiches with tomato and Kraft sandwich spread. Sometimes the bread of toasted. On a side note, literally ONLY white bread of served to us at home as young folks and so on. The idea of eating brown bread was out of the question. BTW Mom's favorite cold cut was Olive Loaf. My perfect 10 no longer exists and it was called Onion Loaf. This is July 18, 2026 and on the 20th Mom will have been dead for 14 long years. I don't have the words to express how much we cared about each other. I loved he more than my own life.
