Beef Cabbage Soup
1 lb. Ground
Beef
1/2 Large White
Onion Chopped
5 Cups Chopped
Cabbage
1/2 A Large Green Pepper
1 Cup Mixed Veggies
16 Oz Can Kidney
Beans, Drained
16 Oz Can Diced Tomato's
2 Cup water
1 Tsp Tomato
Paste
1 Tsp Ground
Cumin
1 Tsp Red Chili
Powder
1 Tsp ground
Pepper
Brown the ground
beef and drain (I used Vegetable Oil in the pan - always heat the oil first). Toss onions in while browning. Toss in Slow Cooker and add in
the rest. Stir and cover. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Don’t
lift the lid to look.
