Double Charged

Been double charged a few times in my life, but this was the first from Amazon. I've not even heard of it happening. Both items "fulfilled by Amazon". I first went to them on Twitter and then before they replied with the usual answer everything "contact us link", I just canceled both orders. One I got a better deal on and the other I don't actually need yet, so why not.
