VEGGIE DINNER

Got in 6 veggie spring rolls.
Made stir fry. Over did it with the sauce in it - forgot that the bock choi gives off a tine of moisture. Should have actually cooked it, drained it then hit it with the sauce for a bit after in the pan. Used the luxury veggie mix (last of it) and bock choi.
