I have had a bought of edema in my feet and legs. The left side, as always, is worse. I could not stand at the stove to cook my bean mix for several days. Being it was so painful I ended up ordering in a bunch of Ramen noodles. Sadly, these things taste great, but they are nothing but carbs and empty calories. I'm doing better not but not totally there. I'll be cooking my usual bean mix later on today for the next 2 days or if I feel up to it, the next 4 days. One pot of them is 2 days (6 servings). This stuff tastes great, but I'm sure I'm going to be 10lbs up when I weigh myself on Tuesday (it's Sunday now). I spent a literal week (7 days) eating this bad for you stuff, time to get some healthy food in me again. But I have to admit, this stuff is just so tasty and comforting. Thursday I only eat the noodles once, as I had a free 2 topping pizza on points and I added double cheese and had it delivered. I should have skipped the cheese, and picked it up after coffee

I love Quora, as I like to answer random questions. But there is a big issue with porn spam accounts on it. 70% of my upvotes are from a profile like this one. I'm kind of sure not one of them is safe to click, but I'm totally not interested in porn anyway. And not like this random person on the internet is going to come to your location just to boff you. Have to say I pass on about 60% of the questions I'm requested to answer. They literally make no sense and the English is so bad I can't decode it. But it's fun and I've answered a few questions most people who never dare to answer. Got to say, Twitter and Instagram are rather the same, 90% of the follows I get on them I block because they are either porn spam channels or scam channels.
If I call a person a friend, I love them like close family. But I tell you now and then there is just something infuriating. This time it’s “you have to peal mushrooms.” There is a back story to this, and that is my one friend getting seriously upset and literally telling him mom that we were picking on him. He was in his 50’s at the time BTW. Three of us insisted that there is literally no need to peal a mushroom, because there literally is no reason, unless the mushroom is old. But he got extremely upset over it. His reasoning was “I was told in cooking class to do it.” Well, here is the deal, we both took the same class, with the same instructors. Not once was I or anyone else in the class told to peal them. We were instructed to clean them with a bit of paper towel instead. Here is an important part – never wash them. They will soak up water if you do. Pealing them is a complete waste of good food. It also removes the best part of the mushroom. The outer layer is where most of the
