I've Got The Turned Off, Why Did I Get This?

So... I keep getting these notifications that I have to "approve someone's tag of me in Facebook". Sigh as you see I have timeline Review turned OFF. Yes once or twice a month I get this crap asking me to approve something I was tagged in. Man Facebook just don't work well at times. BTW go look at Jonah's Channel.
