Done on Bryce 7.1 Pro - custom lighting and a bit of fog with 2 glass presets that came with the program.
Older photo play. On the left is my eye done up in PaintShop Pro. On the right is just a web cam shot of me being silly. Rather crap quality shot as that web cam was not so good.
