SHAW BLUECURVE GATEWAY REVIEW AND THEN SOME

Speed tests are on the left. My shinny new A50 did the worst it seems. The PC was wired so it went blazing fast. The old S7 did darn good.

I got to say the installation was a nightmare. They want you to set it all you yourself and there is no documentation. There is a shinny app you can waste memory with or enter the IP to get it set up - either will work. If you want the app, use it from the start, don't try and use it after use used the browser to set up the gateway.

First off the lettering on the bottom of the modem is not friendly to my eyes. The other thing is, there is a vast amount of information on the bottom, so it was hard to pick out. Being the cable was too short to pick it up to eye level, I had to take a photo to see the password and so on. This was problematic as where I have it is low to the ground and I'm disabled and it hurt me a lot to squat down to do that. Nosh and Co. All Dressed Chips Review

I get this at Rexall Drugstore. It's $0.99 a bag. The taste is quite good as are all of this brand, but not a strong taste. For the price you get a good amount of chips (270g). They are not as big a bag as the name brand, but for the low price well worth it. I'm giving this a 9/10 for taste VS price.

COOKING DRIED BEANS AND IT WORKED THIS TIME

Finally figured out this bean thing. The thing I read said to bring to a boil then soak for four hours and cook for two hours on high in slow cooker. NOPE.
So I soaked them for twenty four hours and cooked them for three hours on high in the slow cooker. I then tossed in the corn and cooked 1 more hour.
Well Next time I will soak for twenty four hours, cook for two hours on high in the slow cooker and add the veggies (I had corn open so used it) then cook 1 more hour. As is it's slightly overcooked. 1 hour less will leave a bit of the sauce left intact and not soaked up by the beans.
So next run to the store I may just get the dried beans to save money. After all food keeps going up this last while and when you live on very little money, you need to do what you can to save some.
Will be sticking to one large can of stewed tomatoes and one large can of crushed tomatoes for the cooking however. This batch has a smaller can of tomato sauce and a smaller can of tomatoes with garlic and he…
