Weight Loss For 2 Years (The Good And The Bad)

This is my weight loss tracking since I started it. At the top is the current year (Starts in March). Below that is last years way more successful term. The problem is I keep making bad choices this term and pigging out on things I know I should not eat. We all need a treat now and then, but I'm talking a 4 or 5 day binge of junk food or pizza or burgers and poutine. I need to fight these urges and get on with the job at hand. When I stick to the plan it's all good - but I almost never have this year.
