Well that went well NOT. I was hoping to be down a little at least. BUT I was bad AGAIN. This entire year is a wright-off to say the least for the weight loss.

I'm up 21.2 lbs in total for the year so far (Week 26). At one shinning moment I was down 150+ lbs now it's 124.6 in total.

But there is always tomorrow. I just need to get my head right and stop being impulsive with crap like processed food, chips, pop and ice cream.

Back to the struggle I go.
