TURN OFF SAMSUNG PUSH ADS

On the home screen, swipe down and find the little gear in the top right corner - tap it. Then scroll down to Apps and tap it.



Note older phones have an app called Samsung Advertising Agent - turn it's notifications off as well. New phones only have this one.

I've been asked 5 questions about my interactions with nurses. I have had many dealings with the medical system over the last half of my life. I just got out of the hospital and a number of them where in charge of my care. They where all attentive and caring people. Yes, they do actually talk about people behind their back (I know 2 nurses personally), but when dealing with you, they are very professional and treat you with respect. Flavors: Raspberry, Watermelon, Maple Syrup. The flavors listed or exactly how it smells when it comes out of the pot. I'm also getting a hit of dark chocholate and a hint of green apples. After taste is very much the raspberry and watermelon, and a hint of chared oak. It lingers in your mouth for some time after you drink it. I ground it to a fine consistancy, and brewed it in my Moka pot. It seems to have rather a good kick to it (Caffeine) It's delightful to drink. I'd give this a 7.5/10

The Panic Attack From Hell

I've been having panic attacks for decades. I get a hell of a lot of them, but most of them only last a few minutes then they pass. However I can at times get them all day long for days on end. But yesterday was different. In the thumbnail, it says entering hour 3 of the worst panic attack of my life. Well that was just the start. This bloody thing lasted for over 6 hours and I was on the edge of having to go to the ER the entire time. Now it's been a hell of a long time since I had to go to the ER over it, and I would rather not. But I have in the past. They give you a pill, and 20 minutes later the panic stops. But the wait is often very long, and most of the time the attack would have ended by the time I got in. I'm having one at this very moment by the way. It's not as bad, but they are never comfortable at all. They always suck. I hate that they make me dizzy as hell. I've tried meds decades ago and it made me feel like crap, so I've been living with it sin...
