The 24 hour challenge is done. I managed to stay awake for 24 hours and post a vlog every hour for a total of 24 vlogs. Bellow is the play list for it. You can watch them all on there.

I Thank God For The Great Days

I forget that when I’m thankful for all the great stuff I have in my life, then I tend to be happy. I am one of the majority of people in the free world that fall for a fallacy where people think that if you have something you will be happy. It’s always something stupid that I don’t need at all. Normally it’s something like pizza or a load of wings – a totally fleeting thing that would be a moment of joy when I’m consuming it, but then it’s gone, and I feel the need again for the next thing. I’m getting better with this. I try hard to remember life is about the interactions we have with friends and loved ones. It’s about being in the moment and just experiencing life while listening to music in the dark and only being alive – no expectations or desire. These are the good moments in life. The following is a transcript from my medical files from October 1, 2025 in the ER. Names have been edited out or redacted. Formatting is altered as well, but not the content other than the names. PHYSICIAN ASSESSMENT: · History: 58-year-old male Presenting to the emergency department with primary concerns of general weakness. The patient is feeling dizzy, diaphoretic, and generally weak starting today. States the last time that he ate was yesterday. Has been having some nausea, but no vomiting. Denies any fevers or chills. No chest pain or shortness for breath. Denies any abdominal pain. No recent changes to bowel or bladder function. Has been taking his medications as prescribed. No history of diabetes. It is not on any insulin or other diabetic medications. EMS found a patient with a glucose of 2.1. Was given 250 cc of D5W.
