Better than looking at a wall.

 Last place I was in the only thing I saw out the window was a wall. Before that it was the side of a building filled with druggers. Before that it was a tree out the window. Before that it was a junk filled lot. So now being able to see the sun set over top of a church roof is a LOT better than things have been.
