It's been a hell of an up and down this last few months. It's all on me for eating a lot of things I should not be getting into. Mostly it's processed food and carbs that are doing it. I'm seriously lacking motivation I think. But oh well. Time to get back at it and stop eating so much crap. Won't be no 75 lb loss this year I guess. But with luck I can hit at least 50.
