MORE BEANS PLEASE

2 Days I been eating this. It's curried lentils and corn. It's slightly spicy but not badly. Tomorrow I'm getting into the veggie chili. God help me I'm running out of ways to cook beans. That being said a friend picked me up a bean cook book - this might help a little :)

This is July 18, 2026 and on the 20th Mom will have been dead for 14 long years. I don't have the words to express how much we cared about each other. I loved he more than my own life.
