So after the gain last week I lost more than I gained this week, so I'm ahead of the game WOOT.

Yup I stuck to it and it helped. Also it validates the idea that most of it was water weight from all the processed food. Thus the big jump down.

So at week 12 of this term I'm at 348.2 LBS. This is only 0.2 over the lowest I've been in a very long time.
