GOOD PAIN DAY FOR A CHANGE

It's been a good few days this last while. I been in a lot less pain than normal and I have been able to move around a lot more than usual. So I have been taking advantage of the situation.

Today I went to the park and had a very long walk and took some photos and video to share. I know I'm going to pay for this much effort tomorrow and maybe the next 2 or 3 days, but for now it's a wonderful sunny day and I'm enjoying it.

I need very much to do the laundry tonight though. There is a LOT of it to do and I might need 2 machines to get it all done. I'll go late as I normally do to avoid people. BUT that being said the last 3 or 4 times I been down there someone else did a late wash as well.

Tomorrow is the inspection day and the place is spotless and ready for the bug dog to some and sniff around. It's supposed to be every 3 months but I honestly think it's more often then that. But I could have a distorted sense of time - after all it has been moving fast for me the last 3 years or so for some reason.

In any event, it's time to have another cup of coffee and rest a while, my back is starting to act up from all the walking.
