Well it was a hell of a ride last week but I paid for it. The thing is most of this was water weight I'm sure as I'm down 6.2 LBS from Friday and this is Monday. So it's not as terrible as it looks at first.

I been doing more walking than normal this last while as well. I am hoping it 1 - won't hurt me and 2 - will help a little in dropping weight. I know full well that it don't help a lot, but a small amount more is still something.
