I used up the last 2 cans of Spaghetti O's my friend gave me to make some bean mix. It was not the greatest taste ever, but it was fulling. I also used all but 1 can of the beans he game me doing 2 days worth of this stuff.
 For the rest of the month it will be this stuff. 2 540g cans of beans (drained), a 796g can tomatoes, Italian Spice, Chili powder and 2 cups of veggies. This makes just enough food for the entire day for me and is not high in calories or carbs.
 This is the spice.
The cans left over after making 4 days worth of bean mix in the slow cooker. I cook it on high for 2 hours to 3 hours depending on what kind of beans I'm using. Then place it in the containers you see at the top, they fit exactly 1 portion of food in them. I recently got more containers so that I only had the small ones to use - takes up less space this way.
