Weight Loss

So ya know. I thought I was doing good, but I had water weight on me still on Friday, so I weighed in again on Saturday and was 2.2 lbs less than Friday - so I recorded that weight in the journal. This is not bad since I actually had a few hits of processed crap that week. Not over the top thank god, but I did have it.
